Perfect Golfswing Techniques
Every golfer aims to get a perfect golfswing technique. It is a technique every golfer wants to master. Though some of the main golf players that you have seen may differ between their golfswing techniques, you will find some similarities.
It is difficult to know which practices or exercises will help you but most of it depends on your intentions , your skills and most of all your weaknesses.Studying them will surely help you improve your golfswing technique and thereby improving your game.
Golfers should think of your golf stance and club grip as the foundation of your golfswing. Most of the amateurs usually fails to perform the golfswing correctly because they neglect to start the downstring with the hips, leaving the right hip in the right elbow’s pathway. An amatuer golfer usually swings upside down.They try to force the club toward the ball by using their muscles at once, more specifically the chest and arm muscles.
Professional golfers usually start with their lower body, their hips – not their chest and arms, opening up a pathway for their right elbows. But doing this movement is not as simple as it looks. The professional golfers concentrate on their muscle tone and physical fitness in order to make sure that their body is up to the task of performing the perfect golfswing technique. And this is not an easy task.
There are two dominant sensations when executing the golfswing technique. It is called Around and Whip.
So lets start with – Around. It is when you feel your torso and arms whirling in circles, first clockwise, then counter-clockwise. There are a lot of drills that will give you a feel of the swing’s dominant rotary movement. Eventhough ‘back’ and ‘forth’ are the most common direction indicators for golf instruction, you for sure don’t want to feel predominantly as if you are moving back and forth. Every golfer would like to feel the ease of the movement doing this golfswing technique.
Now we go the next dominant sensation – Whip. Professional Golfers swings the hips begin to uncoil before the shoulders and arms and club have finished coiling. This movement is a continous overlapping, fluid, whipping motion. This movement is much more than a simple swinging, that people see when golfers play the game. This move needs to be practice thoroughly, this is the move that sets good players apart.
This movements may be a little heavy for the beginners. Most of the instructions when playing golf encourages a two-piece concept of the golf swing: back then forth, one then two, up then down.
Getting the perfect golfswing technique can be very hard if you body is not up to the task.You as a golfer can help yourself by spending sometime toning the muscles required to play golf, making sure that you are aiming for the right movement- for that perfect golfswing technique.
